This mezcal paloma is perfect for welcoming the Christmas spirit.
SPICY PALOMA

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
- 3 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 3 sliced Jalapeño
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 sprigs of Cilantro
- Top of Quinine Water
- Ice
Preparation:
In a shaker, muddle the cilantro sprigs, sliced jalapeño, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and Mezcal Mitre Origen for 15 seconds. Add ice halfway and shake for another 15 seconds. Fill an old fashioned glass halfway with ice and strain the mixture into it. Finish by topping up with quinine water.
Recommendation:
Garnish with a dried orange slice.
